More FREEBIES

Sometimes coupons come in the Sunday paper that don't require any kind of purchase -- it's just a FREE item. Here are some of the most recent:

Purina Carvers dog snacks--FREE with coupon (1/6/08 or 1/13/08)-(I found mine at Macey's...normally $2.99)
SPAM Singles--FREE with coupon (1/20/08)
Johnson & Johnson Bath Buddies Bars--FREE with $1 off coupon (1/20/08)-(As far as I know, these are only free at Walmart and Smith's because their regular price for them is $0.99.)

Also, at Walgreen's this week, you can get ChapSticks Naturals for FREE after $2 register rewards--no coupons needed

And, I know it's not a freebie, but I thought I'd let you know anyway because it's such a good deal...at RiteAid, you can get Chex Mix for only $0.38 each when you use $0.50 off coupon. These make great snacks for Super Bowl parties!

Good luck!

Joanna. Here's my question. So, I got to the store today with a bunch of coupons I printed out online. I was feeling very proud...but I ended up walking around the store for way too long looking for the items that I had coupons for because I didn't have any system. Do you have any good pointers on how you organize your coupons for speedy shopping?

Ann,
I bought an organizer with about 12 different categories:
Baking (soda, powder, salt, sugar, flour, chocolate chips, etc)
Dairy
Bread
Cereal
Canned Foods
Frozen
Personal & Baby (diapers, shampoo, deodorant)
Household (ziploc bags, toilet paper, etc)
Snacks/Treats
Juice/Drinks

Then when I get to that aisle, I pull out THOSE specific coupons, and stick the ones in my pocket that I'm going to use - the rest either go back in my organizer or crumpled up for the garbage.

Hope this helps
Love,
Vanessa
